Agreement and eligibility
These App Terms form an agreement between Tennessee Stone Depot LLC and each person authorized to use TSD Weight Sheet. By signing in or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a private business tool intended only for Tennessee Stone Depot personnel and other users expressly authorized by Tennessee Stone Depot. It is not offered to the general public.
Limited license
Subject to these terms, Tennessee Stone Depot grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TSD Weight Sheet solely for approved Tennessee Stone Depot business. No ownership interest is transferred.
Authorized use
You may use the app only within your assigned role and permissions. You agree to:
- provide accurate load, product, weight, customer, vendor, delivery, and status information;
- protect your account and device and promptly report suspected unauthorized access;
- review records before sending information to QuickBooks Online or relying on it for billing, purchasing, delivery, or accounting;
- follow Tennessee Stone Depot procedures for corrections, cancellations, approvals, and record retention; and
- comply with applicable laws and the terms of connected third-party services.
Prohibited use
You may not share credentials; access data outside your authorization; alter or conceal audit records; upload malicious or unlawful material; interfere with the app’s operation or security; attempt to bypass permissions; reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits; or use the app for an unrelated business or personal purpose.
Weights, estimates, and accounting records
TSD Weight Sheet assists with recording and summarizing operational information. Users remain responsible for verifying scale readings, product selections, customer or vendor selections, delivery inputs, and all information sent to QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online is the accounting system of record for estimates, invoices, taxes, discounts, deposits, pricing, and final accounting treatment. App calculations, synchronization states, and exported files should be reviewed before business decisions are made.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks features operate only after an authorized connection administrator connects a Tennessee Stone Depot QuickBooks Online company. Intuit may require separate terms and may change or interrupt its services. Tennessee Stone Depot may disconnect or restrict the integration at any time.
Third-party services
The app depends on services provided by Base44 and, when connected, Intuit QuickBooks Online. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Tennessee Stone Depot is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or acts beyond its reasonable control.
Ownership and feedback
TSD Weight Sheet, its configuration, workflows, content, and related intellectual property are owned by Tennessee Stone Depot or its licensors. If you provide feedback or suggestions, Tennessee Stone Depot may use them without restriction or compensation.
Suspension and termination
Tennessee Stone Depot may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when a user no longer requires access, violates these terms, or presents a security or operational risk. On termination, the user must stop using the app and return or delete Tennessee Stone Depot information as directed. Business, accounting, transaction, and audit records may be retained as permitted or required.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tennessee Stone Depot does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every calculation, integration result, or record will be correct without human review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennessee Stone Depot and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the app, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or errors in records or integrations.
Changes
Tennessee Stone Depot may update the app or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning authorized use of the app unless Tennessee Stone Depot provides additional written terms.
