Who operates the app
Tennessee Stone Depot LLC operates TSD Weight Sheet for its authorized personnel and business operations. References to “Tennessee Stone Depot,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Tennessee Stone Depot LLC.
Information we handle
The app may handle the following categories of information:
- Account information: an authorized user’s name, email address, role, permissions, and sign-in information.
- Customer and vendor information: names, contact details, delivery or job addresses, purchase-order references, and QuickBooks identifiers selected by authorized users.
- Load and product records: load numbers, product names and shorthand, pallet and total weights, pounds and tons, delivery details, notes, status, and cancellation history.
- Attachments and audit records: files or photos added to a load, timestamps, the user responsible for an action, and records of changes made in the app.
- QuickBooks information: company identifier, OAuth access and refresh tokens, customers, items, estimates, invoice status, and synchronization results needed to perform authorized accounting workflows. The app does not request the QuickBooks Payments scope.
- Technical information: device, browser, authentication, diagnostic, and security-log information generated when the app is used.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; prepare, review, and preserve load records; calculate and report product and total weights; support delivery estimates; create or update authorized QuickBooks estimates; detect related QuickBooks invoices; troubleshoot errors; protect the app; and maintain accounting and operational records.
We do not sell personal information or use app data for third-party advertising.
Where information comes from
Information comes from authorized users, records created through normal Tennessee Stone Depot operations, and the QuickBooks Online company an authorized administrator connects to the app.
When information is shared
We may disclose information only as needed for the app and our business operations:
- Base44: provides the application hosting, authentication, database, file storage, and server-function platform used by TSD Weight Sheet.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online: receives and returns accounting information when an authorized user connects and uses the QuickBooks features.
- Service providers and advisers: may receive limited information when necessary to support, secure, maintain, or advise our business, subject to appropriate obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons: information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, systems, or people.
QuickBooks connection
An authorized connection administrator controls the QuickBooks connection. QuickBooks authorization tokens are used server-side to perform approved accounting actions. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future API access from the app and clears the active connection credentials maintained by TSD Weight Sheet. Records already created in QuickBooks or retained for legitimate business and accounting purposes are not automatically deleted by disconnecting.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, maintain business and accounting records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. We may preserve audit and transaction records after an individual operational record is closed or removed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including authenticated access and role-based controls. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Authorized users may review and correct operational information through the app where permitted. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to ask a privacy question, contact us using the information below. Some information may be retained when required for accounting, legal, security, or audit purposes.
Children
TSD Weight Sheet is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
